Terms and Conditions of the Raïmblanc Hotel
1. Reservation Policy
Thank you for choosing Hotel Raïmblanc for your stay. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please review our terms and conditions below.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit
- 2.1 Requirement: All reservations at Hotel Raïmblanc require a non-refundable deposit.
- 2.2 Deposit AmountThe non-refundable deposit is 50% of the total cost of the reservation.
- 2.3 PaymentThis deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
- 2.4 Purpose: The deposit secures your reservation and contributes to the total cost of your stay.
3. Cancellation and Changes
- 3.1 Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- 3.2 Changes in the ReserveAny changes to the reservation, including dates or room types, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The initial deposit remains non-refundable. Once you change your reservation, you have up to 3 months to use your deposit for another reservation. This is subject to availability and price differences.
4. Special Promotions and Inclement Weather
- 4.1 Special PromotionsHotel Raïmblanc may offer special promotions and packages subject to specific terms and conditions.
- 4.2 Inclement WeatherIn the event that certain special promotions cannot be fulfilled due to inclement weather, Hotel Raïmblanc will accommodate a rescheduling, subject to availability.
- 4.3 UnavailabilityIf certain reservations become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule for another available date.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- 5.1 Check-In Hours: Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. onwards.
- 5.2 Check-Out Schedule: Check-out is until 11:00.
6. Guest Responsibility
- 6.1 Fees and ServicesThe guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full payment of the invoices.
- 6.2 Loss or DamageGuests will be responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
7. Hotel Disclaimer
- 7.1 Personal ObjectsHotel Raïmblanc is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables such as money, jewelry or other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
8. Guest's Personal Liability
- 8.1 Payment of FeesRegardless of charge instructions, the guest acknowledges personal responsibility for payment of all charges incurred during his/her stay.
